February 14, 2013 - Members of the CDRSEE’s Joint History Project team had the honour of presenting the process and methodology used to create the JHP, their greatest accomplishments and their plans for future development to master’s students of the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade.
Postgraduate students, headed by professor Jovan Teokarevic, expressed their opinions and posed some very interesting questions to Dubravka Stojanovic, the local project coordinator for the Serbian phase of the JHP and assistant professor of history at the University of Belgrade, and to Nenad Sebek, executive director of the CDRSEE. The presentation blossomed into an intriguing discussion among JHP members and students, who are from numerous countries around the world (Serbia, Croatia, Italy, Mexico, Britain, Austria, among others).
The observations and ideas will greatly contribute to the further development of the project, as well as to a better understanding of the history of the Southeast Europe by young professionals from other parts of the world.
A big thank you to everyone who was present!
