CDRSEE Executive Director Nenad Sebek was invited to moderate a session on administrative reform in the Western Balkans together with Ms Petra Blass Rafajlovski, Former President of the German Bundestag Senior Consultant, within the framework of the Introductory Seminar which gathered fellows and provided insight into the current social and political - global, European and Balkan challenges and opportunities through lectures and meetings with senior decision makers and prominent academics. 

The Fellowship Programme for Young Government Officials from the Western Balkans organised by the European Fund for the Balkans EFB is a programme dedicated to the development of effective and efficient state administrations in the region by offering a tailor-made fellowship and training programme for highly qualified young professionals from the central government (including entity and cantonal level government in Bosnia Herzegovina and regional level government of Vojvodina in Serbia) of the countries of the Western Balkans.
